All Faulty Item will be replaced if notified with 7 days of receipt of goods. If items were tested ok by us then shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Returns & Refund:
Please contact us via email before sending the item back. We supply a pre paid return label and form with every item we send. Please fill in the details and send it with the item. All you have to pay is the cost of recording the item estimates at 75P at the post office. We will not refund this amount. If non-faulty item sent back for a refund by using our prepaid label then we will deduct the cost of return postage as well.
We offer refunds. However we will deduct the original postage cost if the item is not faulty.
POSTAGE and PACKAGING
We always try to keep our postage and packing charges very reasonable. We always send items through Royal Mail first or second class non-recorded, recorded or MyHermes tracked service depending on the cost of the item. At the time of dispatch, a dispatch note is sent through eBay or a courier service to all our customers, if the item is sent recorded then the dispatch note will have a tracking number and web address, so you can track your item online. You will also have our contact details in the dispatch note should you wish to contact us.
Email Response:

Items Lost In the Post
Unfortunately Sometimes things go missing in the post. We always get proof of posting which will cover the cost up to £41. However Royal Mail won’t accept that an item is missing until a bizarre 30 DAYS after sending!!! We on the other hand being a nice seller and prepared to organize a replacement before this – please contact us if your item doesn’t arrive in a reasonable timescale. When we claim from Royal Mail they will investigate and will contact you to verify that the item did not arrive.
Payment
Payment must be made within 7 days of Sale or an unpaid item report will be filed. However if you want to keep your account open for example to buy other items please email me to let me know. Payment by PayPal or Credir/debit card will have to be cleared before goods are shipped.
